Hartwell Plastics specializes in providing high-quality machining and fabrication services, primarily serving the poultry industry with additional capabilities for the textile sector. Our fully equipped CNC shop includes four CNC lathes, five CNC mills, and one CNC router to handle projects of various sizes and complexities. While we began as a plastics fabrication company, we now machine a wide range of materials, including UHMW, HDPE, nylon, acetal, Delrin, PEEK, PET, Teflon, Fluorosint, polycarbonate (Lexan), as well as metals such as stainless steel, copper, brass, aluminum, cold rolled steel, and hot rolled steel.
