Become a FiTOUR® Group Barbbell Conditioning Instructor and lead your students in the development of total body muscle conditioning in a fun and exciting environment. Today's fitness leader is in a position to teach the student a full comprehensive fitness program incorporating cardiovascular conditioning, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility. The FiTOUR® Group Barbbell Conditioning program equips an instructor with an innovative, energetic, and motivational class format that focuses on developing the muscular endurance component of fitness in a group setting. Many individuals who attend group fitness classes often neglect resistance training due to various reasons, whether those reasons are time related, lack of knowledge on how to resistance train, or sheer intimidation. FiTOUR® Group Barbbell Conditioning is a program that will motivate those who would not normally participate in a resistance training program to participate in a muscle conditioning program within a group motivated environment. The FiTOUR® Group Barbbell Conditioning certification is designed for the group exercise instructor who would like to add to his/her repertoire of classes to teach; for the personal trainer who would like to cross over into teaching group fitness; and for the faithful student who is a new comer to instructing and would like to get started in teaching group fitness. The FiTOUR® Group Barbbell Conditioning certification will equip you with a working knowledge of the following topics: Musculoskeletal Anatomy; Muscle Physiology, Kinesiology; Science of Weightlifting; Guidelines for Weight Lifting; FitPump Equipment; FitPump Lifting Technique; FitPump Music; FitPump Choreography; and the FitPump Class Format. After completing and passing the FiTOUR® Group Barbbell Conditioning Certification, you will be able to teach a free weight resistance training formatted class using barbells, plates, dumbbells, and exercise tubing. The FiTOUR® Barbbell class format incorporates 10-12 tracks of music that focus on a specific part of the body including, shoulders, chest, biceps, triceps, lats, upper back, lower back, glutes, hamstrings, quads, and abdominals. By attending your FiTOUR® Barbbell class, your students will experience insurmountable changes within their physiques.
