Health Care and Rehabilitation Services (HCRS) is a major community mental health agency, providing comprehensive services for mental health and substance abuse issues to community members across Windsor and Windham counties. One of Vermont's largest state-designated community mental health centers, HCRS serves almost 5,000 individuals each year through our five major service programs: Adult Outpatient, Childrens Division, Community Rehabilitation and Treatment (CRT), Developmental Services (DS), and Windham/Windsor Recovery Assistance Program (WRAP). Our highly trained staff and dedicated Board of Directors continually strive to improve the organization's outstanding services and ensure they meet the needs of local community members.
