Lighting Maintenance Inc. (“LMI”) is a Woman-owned Business electrical and lighting contractor. Founded in 1991 by Hilary and Michael Yoder, the company has steadily grown over the past 22 years to today’s size of approximately 170 employees. It currently maintains about 200,000 lights in its service area. LMI is licensed in Maryland, Virginia, Delaware and Washington DC, with a skill set that includes construction and maintenance of roadway lighting, utility infrastructure, commercial lighting, traffic signals, security cameras, navigational lighting systems, directional drilling, bridge maintenance, and all types of electrical systems.
