LeMaster Daniels serves some 19,000 clients all across the Northwest. In nearly 100 years of company history, we've built a reputation based upon quality and integrity. It is LeMaster Daniels' policy to adhere to and embrace strict industry standards and a code of ethics. The firm was one of the first in the country to voluntarily participate in an independent peer review of our audit and accounting practice beginning in 1979. In our most recent peer review, we once again received an unqualified opinion with no letter of comments, a distinction awarded to fewer than 10% of public accounting firms in the country. In addition, in the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board's 2005 inspection of our SEC audit practice, the Inspectors' report noted absolutely no deficiencies, findings or recommendations for improvement in our quality control procedures. This result has been achieved only by a small number of firms throughout the U.S. inspection. These positive reviews are a testament to the quality of our people and their pursuit of excellence in our field.
