Royal Standard Minerals Inc. (RSM) is a Nevada-based natural resources company concentrating on gold exploration and development in Nevada. The Company owns a 100% interest in a number of projects in the gold-silver districts in Nevada. These projects include the Goldwedge and Manhattan projects in Nye County, the Pinon, Railroad and Dark Star projects in Elko County, the Fondaway Canyon and Dixie-Comstock projects in Churchill County, Nevada. The Gold Wedge project represents the most advanced project located in the Manhattan district about eight miles south of the Round Mountain mine.
