Templeton Radiology is a quality organization led by a radiologist, former professor and chairman of the University of Maryland and a PACS and teleradiology leader, who cares about quality radiology and service to doctors and patients. Our clients will speak for us and we are happy to provide you with references. We have a teleradiology system already - do we have to use yours? If you currently have a system we can access, we will work with your system. We do not force people to change their system after they have already made an investment in related technology. What if we would like to invest in a new teleradiology reading solution? We offer a very cost-effective web teleradiology solution that includes a 24-hour IT staff available to manage the system. Who are the radiologists reading our studies? We retain well qualified, U.S. trained and ABR certified radiologists. The majority of our radiologists are fellowship trained and are all personally screened by Dr. Templeton. They all hold the necessary state licenses, insurance and credentials for your hospital. Is there a term requirement for your services? We do not hold clients to a term length as we deal with the nature of patient care. If you or your referring doctors are unhappy with our service, feel free to cancel at any time. Our goal is to offer high quality services and develop a long-term relationship. How do you manage quality control? Our clients serve as our partners in quality control. Night preliminary readings are seen and read by the sending radiologist the next day. Any discrepancies are reported to our offices for evaluation and appropriate action. What is the turn-around time for night work? We report studies in 30 minutes or less. We call for all urgent findings and are available to look at more urgent cases immediately, if requested.
