We have produced more than 50,000 residential appraisal reports plus hundreds of non-residential reports (business valuations, commercial, industrial, machinery and equipment appraisals). We have also peformed more than 5,000 desk or field reviews for HUD, FNMA, MGIC, and various lenders. Employee Relocation Council: We also serve 27 counties for the ERC. Our founder and president, Mr. Hugh L. Gedrich, has been a member of the ERC since 1986.
