Within the workers’ compensation line of business it has a regional focus in New England, Florida, and Nevada. Within the commercial auto and commercial multiple peril it has a regional focus in California. The Company’s fee-for-service business is also on a regional basis with an emphasis in the midwest and southeastern regions, as well as the self-insured market in Nevada. The Company defines its operations as specialty risk management operations and agency operations based upon differences in products and services. In July 2008, Meadowbrook Insurance Group, Inc. announced the completion of the merger of ProCentury Corporation.
