Dr. Gary Forgach is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. To become a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon he completed several years of didactic and hands on training which included a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Michigan, a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the same university's School of Dentistry, and an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Certificate from Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago.
