Our Applicant Services support not only expedites the research process by proactively resolving research issues, but also improves report accuracy and completeness, and ultimately reduces total time in the hiring cycle. Services provided by the department include:Pre-research contact to analyze and collect any missing applicant data that may delay the investigation process Research support during the investigation process, in which the applicant is contacted to expedite stalled research elements, such as unresponsive references, employers, or schools Post-research verification with the applicant to resolve and adjudicate any pending research or derogatory research results, through documentation or written explanation Because we view applicants as an extension of our clients, Applicant Services support is administered by our expert customer service associates, all of whom are highly educated and experienced in our processes, and knowledgeable in appropriate communication with the applicant. Truescreen's Applicant Services department can also administer FCRA-compliant adverse action notifications on your behalf.
