Tiffany and the rest of her staff continually improve their skills by attending teacher conferences and dance classes at national conventions. Tiffany leads a select group of talented dancers each year to the Jazz Showcase at the University of Arizona, where young dancers are exposed to dancing at the collegiate level. Tiffany's relationship with the University of Arizona's Dance Division could translate into acceptance into the U of A's elite dance program and possible scholarship opportunities for the very talented.
