Core-Mark Holding Company, Inc. (Core-Mark) is a wholesale distributor to the convenience store industry in North America. The Company provides sales and marketing, distribution and logistics services to customer locations across the United States and Canada. Core-Mark distributes a line of national and private-label convenience store products to over 21,000 customer locations in 45 states of the Unites States and five Canadian provinces. The products it distributes include cigarettes, tobacco, candy, snacks, fast food, groceries, fresh products, dairy, non-alcoholic beverages, general merchandise, and health and beauty care products. It services traditional convenience stores, as well as alternative outlets selling convenience store products. Its traditional convenience store customers include national and super-regional convenience store operators, as well as a number of multi and single-store customers. In June 2008, Core-Mark acquired Auburn Merchandise Distributors, Inc.
