The newest addition to LudyCo's management training curriculum is the Human Resources Essentials (HRE) Program. Perry Ludy, president of LudyCo International, created the HRE Program to help companies safeguard themselves from costly employee lawsuits and litigation procedures, based on his work with HR Case Files, a video series produced by Coastal Training Technologies Inc. and hosted by Catherine Crier of Court TV. LudyCo provides HRE training primarily to Fortune 500 companies and also at seminars throughout the United States. In 2000, Perry Ludy authored the book Profit Building: Cutting Costs without Cutting People where he introduced several new business concepts including the Profit Building Process, a unique approach to profit improvement that shows managers how to turn to employees for creative solutions instead of resorting to layoffs to cut costs. The specific techniques within the PBP are designed to improve profitability by stimulating creative thinking and motivating employee teams to work together more effectively. The critically acclaimed book is translated into German, Polish, Swedish, and Chinese.
