Technology: To help maximize space utilization, as well as reduce storage and retrieval costs, Ames Color-File has developed many breakthrough software tools for customers, including: MRVIEW Document Imaging, SmartPurge®, PocketPurgeÔ, SmartTrackÔ, SmartLinkÔ, Create-A-File® and Create-A-Label.com. Presentation Products: Ames Color-File's custom manufacturing capabilities include presentation products such as pocketed folders, special flat or expanding wallets, and custom mailers. Professional Services: We also offer many specialized professional service offerings, including active document imaging, file conversions, records moves and purging services, space planning, workflow consulting, and systems consultations, all backed by our direct national sales force and strong in-house manufacturing capabilities.
