The company was founded in 1983 and has over 16 years of experience with federal government customers. We have recently expanded our construction services to include county and local institutions. Phillips National, Inc. possesses a broad range of building trades capabilities including plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, carpentry, and painting. We are also experienced in the management of landscaping, pool maintenance, refuse collection and disposal, and water quality testing. We have used this technique for successful management of maintenance contracts at the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard, Central San Diego military family housing, North East San Diego military family housing, and at the Naval Submarine Base at Groton, Connecticut.
