Southeast Women’s Center is pleased to announce a new addition to our team, Rachel Israel, MSN, CNM, APRN.  Rachel is a full-scope certified nurse midwife. She graduated from Shenandoah University in 2004 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She received her Master of Science in Nursing and certificate of Midwifery from University of Kansas School of Medicine and Health Sciences. Rachel sees patients for preconception counseling, pregnancy, annual exams, contraceptive management, postpartum care and hormone replacement therapy. Her obstetrical experience encompasses all aspects of labor and delivery, including preterm gestation, induction of labor, high-risk pregnancies and assisting with cesarean sections.
