Jean started out in the advertising business, where she found that no one knew the answers to hard questions she was asking - questions that needed answers in order to develop results-oriented marketing and communications plans and programs. To fill this void, she focused on asking the right questions and finding answers to them, providing the necessary science behind the art of great creative work. After decades of directing research, business development and public relations operations at the agency and corporate level, Jean opened Vincent McCabe, Inc. to take marketing intelligence to the next level.
