After three years of teaching and coaching in the 1970s, I decided to make a career change and pursue the insurance and investment profession. A management position attracted me to Sioux City in 1983 following years of corporate and personal sales experiences in eastern Iowa. In 1985, I started my own advisor practice. From life insurance and risk management products, my practice has evolved over time to include more comprehensive services. The majority of my clients are seniors, therefore I focus on retirement and legacy planning.
