Landmark Partners, formed in 1989, is a private equity and real estate investment company. We have over $6.2 billion in capital committed to our funds and have acquired and transferred more than 1,100 limited partnership interests in funds managed by more than 400 discreet sponsors. Until 1996, we invested solely in private equity. In 1996, we pioneered the real estate secondaries business with Landmark Equity Fund VI. Our real estate business now represents over 20% of cumulative capital commitments for our secondary investment programs.
