Originally from Atlanta, Dr. Moreira completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia and earned her medical degree at Mercer University School of Medicine. She then completed her combined residency training in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at Greenville Hospital System University Medical Center. She is board eligible in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. Her special interests include adolescent medicine, transitional care, preventive medicine and geriatrics. She and her husband live near Mauldin. Her interests include sports, hiking and travel.
