DelCor Technology Solutions, Inc. was formed as PC Innovators in 1984 by Loretta DeLuca, DelCor's President and one of DelCor's current owners. Initially, PC Innovators specialized in custom developed database applications. Additional services, including system design, implementation and network support, were soon offered, and, in 1987, the company was incorporated as Business Information Technologies, Inc. to suggest its more encompassing approach. At this time, David Coriale, DelCor's Vice President, joined the company as a full partner and DelCor re-directed its business focus to the nonprofit arena. Accumulated experience working with associations and other nonprofits during previous years led to a natural channeling of business development efforts to this unique environment. DelCor expanded its service offerings to include not only network systems and support, but technology and management consulting services such as association management systems selection, technology strategic planning, IT staffing/structure, Web strategies and e-Learning assessment and planning. Today, DelCor's business development efforts are focused solely on the nonprofit community. In 1999, the company was renamed DelCor Technology Solutions, Inc., and both Ms. DeLuca and Mr. Coriale remain active consultants.
