The Cameron Park Community Services District provides community residents and visitors fire protection and emergency services, a variety of parks, lakes, streams, reserves, and open spaces, including their maintenance, and a broad range of recreation programs, organized sports and activities suited to community interests for all ages and abilities. The District is authorized to manage street lighting and landscape buffer districts along certain surface streets and assures compliance to property owner approved Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for affected residential properties.
