Tigar Hare Studios is a 3D computer animation and graphics design studio. We offer complete visual effects and 3D animation services. These include, commercial animations, broadcast packages, film titles, 3D/Live Action integration, 3D environments, web animations and character design. We also offer 2D services including, motion tracking, morphing and non-linear editing for commercials, promos, broadcast, and film titles. Tigar Hare Studios' in-house programmers provide custom software solutions for today's demanding projects. We are currently developing several commercial projects, a prime time cable series, a series for children's television and an animated short film. Michael Tigar, Co-owner and Visual Effects Supervisor, was formerly a Digital Effects Supervisor at Sony Pictures Imageworks and Rhythm and Hues Studios. He has worked on the visual effects for such feature films as "Babe," "James and the Giant Peach," "The Cable Guy," "Batman Forever," "Contact," and "Anaconda." His recent film credits include Visual Effects Supervision for "Driven" and "Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back." Michael has worked on dozens of national and international commercials including the famous Coca Cola "Polar Bears", Miller Beer and Reebok, winning an Emmy, three Clios, a Mobius and the BDA Award for Commercial Excellence. Special venue and theme park attractions are also among his credits including "EFX" for the MGM Grand Hotel, "Le Visionarium" for EuroDisney" and "Seafari" for MCA/Universal. David Hare, Co-owner and Creative Director, was formerly owner/designer of Wild Hare Graphic Arts. David is a Telly Award winner and co-creator of an animated TV series called, "Bonerack's Adventure Club" starring Billy Idol as the voice of the villain character. He has served as a CG supervisor at KeyLight Studios and as a Technical Director and Lead Animator for An-Amaze-tion Studios. David has been the creative force behind such network graphic packages as "Junior" for EMT-Germany and Sky London. He has also worked on numerous commercials for such prominent clients as Daimler Benz, Liberty Mutual, Hyundai, Chevrolet and Jeopardy. Neil Richmond, Tigar Hare's Character Animation Director began his career at Universal Studios. From there, he went to the highly-acclaimed Robert Abel and Associates as a Technical Director, joining Rhythm & Hues in 1987. His career at Rhythm & Hues spanned over 15 years, with a break to animate for Disney's "Fantasia 2000" and "Dinosaurs." He then went on to lead animator for Sony Picture's Imageworks' "Stuart Little." Neil is known as one of the industries top CG character animators and as a leading animation director with numerous high-profile commercial and feature credits. Mark Brown, Tigar Hare's Vice President of Business Development was formerly Senior V.P. of Strategic Development for Fresh Technologies. He held the position of Executive Producer for Pacific Title/Mirage Studio's Digital Division and has worked as a Visual Effects Producer for Pacific Ocean Post's Film Division, POP, producing digital effects for major films including "Dr. Dolittle," "Armageddon," "Devil's Advocate," "Kundun" and "Volcano." Prior to that position, he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Unitel Video Hollywood. Frank Foster, Chief Executive Officer, was formerly a founding Senior Vice President of Sony Pictures Imageworks, where he helped start the division and managed the PC based production group for over 8 years. Credits included feature films like "Speed", "Jumanji", "The Craft" and "Johnny Mnemonic" as well as numerous Sony corporate tasks like designing the VAIO computer and the on-line version of "Jeopardy". In 1998, Frank was selected by SIGGRAPH to direct the feature length documentary, "The Story of Computer Graphics", which is now considered the standard for the history of the industry. Prior to joining, Tigar Hare he was the director of "Thru the Moebius Strip" a movie based on the artwork of the acclaimed French graphic novelist Jean ‘Moebius' Giraud.
