In these engagements, our staff is often dealing directly with the owner or decision-maker. Team members are generally not required to specialize in tax or audit services. They receive training and experience in all areas of the firm's practice. The firm provides CPE through local, state, and national CPA organizations, third-party vendors, and internal training programs. Because our firm is not rigidly structured, our staff can often assume more responsibility and advance more quickly than in larger firms. Our firm has a good balance of experienced and new staff to encourage a very positive mentoring program.
