20th Century Cincinnati celebrates these refreshing trends in architecture, design and fashion on the weekend of February 24 & 25, 2007 with another lively presentation of vintage goods and gatherings from fifty diverse Modern dealers. From its humble origins thirteen years ago in a WW II era National Guard Armory, the annual show & sale has evolved into one of mid-America's premiere Modernism events. Best known for its selection of home furnishings and lighting, 20th Century Cincinnati also features period decorative objects including art glass, pottery, paintings, posters, textiles and dinnerware. Fashion specialists offer vintage clothing and apparel, precious estate-quality jewelry and exotic personal accessories. All articles displayed will be for sale and guaranteed for authenticity. Art Deco, Streamline, Arts & Crafts, Mid-Century Modern, Op/Pop,.classic forms from the century's signature designers will all be represented. From investment quality to fun & funky, 20th Century Cincinnati offers something for every collector's budget. ... and collecting has never been easier: the conveniently located, spacious and well-lit Sharonville Convention Center once again hosts this event in 2007. A special two-hour show preview will initiate 20th Century Cincinnati activities at 9:00 a.m. Saturday. Regular show hours on Saturday and Sunday are from 11:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. A $6.00 adult admission is good for both days.
