THE BORING PART, ABOUT ME.I introduced Ziploc® Bags and I directed a taskforce responsible for consolidating thirty companies into a single sales and marketing department for the world's largest consumer products company. I have experienced fourteen corporate relocations and have been involved in over $2 billion in corporate sales, mergers and acquisitions. I was a partner in a 93 person brokerage company and have been designing computer programs since 1970. Weary of the corporate life, and armed with an entrepreneurial spirit, I entered residential real estate where I quickly discovered that the industry was undergoing dramatic changes. The most obvious of these changes was that experienced real estate agents are losing business to younger less experienced agents who take advantage of the Internet. Hence, the concept of NIREB was born.
