At Vitality Our primary goal is providing personalized instruction to improve your posture, maintain and enhance the health of your joints, strengthen and stretch your body, and increase your cardiovascular capacity. We believe exercise is much more than challenging the body. Undertaken consciously, exercise not only gratifies physically and emotionally, but also stimulates us educationally, and is, most importantly, sustainable, as well. We've designed our program to help overcome the 3 biggest hurdles to regular exercise: low motivation to begin lack of interest to continue and scheduling conflicts. Intentionally holding our classes to a maximum of 7 students for Pilates and 10 students for yoga, we guarantee highly individualized attention from experienced and knowledgeable instructors. Our small classes stimulate bonding among the participants which serves to build and strengthen the group's motivation. And our flexible 'drop-in' and 'make-up' system maintains the integrity of class progression while maximizing studio participation. Whether you practice yoga, enjoy cardio dance, or crave the fine tuning of Pilates, Vitality is the place for you. We look forward to co-creating the best possible fitness program for you!
