Founded in 1995 in Seattle, Washington Punch Networks is a leading provider of software and services for secure Web-based file storage, collaboration, synchronization and archival. Many of Punch Networks' technologies can be experienced directly over the web through its flagship "retail" services, Punch WebGroups and ElectraDrive. On January 1, 2006 Deep9 completed its acquisition of all of Punch Networks assets. Deep9 is continuing to operate all of the Punch Networks properties (including Punch WebGroups and ElectraDrive) for consumers over the web as a Storage Services Provider.
