NanoString Technologies is currently offering analysis of gene expression to a limited number of collaborators interested in following the expression of up to 1000 genes of their choice with sensitivity as high as a single copy per cell. NanoString's nCounterÔ Analysis System includes everything required to run your assay. We supply the Custom CodeSet of probes, Prep Plates, Sample Cartridges, Control Mix and two instruments with embedded analysis software. We are currently working with early access customers and the system will be more widely available in the first half of 2008.
