Hammond Collier Wade Livingstone has, throughout our 65-years of service, been oriented toward the public works sector and provided services to local governments, agencies, utility districts and private developers. We are an employee-owned, client- and project-oriented firm, committed to serving communities throughout the State of Washington. Each year we complete projects funded partially by local, state, and federal agencies. These projects are reviewed by these agencies for conformance with standards. Hammond Collier has established strong working relationships with many of these agencies. Our experience with these agencies benefits our clients. We continuously update our knowledge of design standards and municipal regulations.
