Civil Engineering Solutions (CES) is a small civil engineering consulting firm located in Seattle, WA providing high quality land development engineering services for residential, commercial, multi-use and industrial clients. CES delivers creative, personalized civil design solutions resulting in successful permitting in a timely manner with a deep respect for its client's budgets and timelines. We believe in the following principles: Innovative Site Design: CES goes the extra mile in seeking the most optimal, environmentally friendly, cost effective site layout and design that best integrates the client and architects wishes yet effectively incorporates the site grading, utilities and stormwater requirements. Clients Budgets: CES will take the time at the beginning of each project to research and prepare a detailed, comprehensive scope of work and resultant fee so the client has a good handle on exactly what is necessary to get their project designed and permitted and its cost. This results in less surprises and change orders during the design and approval process. Project Coordination: CES will play an active role and coordinate its design closely with clients and other design team members during the design phase. The result is identifying and flushing out any conflicts or issues earlier in the design process and less surprises during review and construction. Attention to permitting: Getting drawings and reports approved is the most challenging aspect for an engineering consultant.
