Julie is also at each event booked to guarantee you that personal touch Philip Sinkaus, Chef de Cuisine, is a 2004 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, New York. His menu includes an array of handmade hors d' oeuvres, enticing buffet ideas and original entrees as well as a few family favorites.
