The Rosenberg Group Inc. is a unique partnership of coaching and consulting talent that helps executives, entrepreneurs, professionals and other high achievers improve their lives, their careers and their companies. In 1992, Arlene Rosenberg founded a company called Creative Transformations Coaching to help executives, entrepreneurs and professionals create greater success and fulfillment in their career and personal life. In January 2002, George Rosenberg, former CEO and principal of his own strategic communications consulting firm joined with Arlene to form The Rosenberg Group Inc. The company offers a powerful combination of executive leadership and management development experience to serve the needs of corporations, professional service firms and high-achieving individuals. The Rosenberg Group accesses affiliate coaches and specialized consultants in major U.S. and world cities, as necessary. Currently, we are working with senior executives and entrepreneurs in a variety of coaching and consulting engagements. We are also running career transition and mentor coaching groups and have an active public speaking schedule on such topics as leadership development, understanding and mastering change and becoming a more effective communicator.
