Tillers International strives toward sustainable agriculture and international development by studying, preserving and teaching historical and adapted small farm skills such as animal-powered farming, blacksmithing and woodworking. Tillers believes that self-reliance, technical competence and resource conservation will yield plentiful food, human dignity, sustainable prosperity and world peace.
