The Donas Group, Inc. provides three very tightly integrated but distinct types of services to customers, depending upon their business requirements. These services can be described as "Software", "Infrastructure or "Customizations." We will offer all of our services to customers, but allow them to decide how we fit into their organization or their other business partnerships. Your organization may have technical staff that can handle the purchasing and maintenance of your system. In those cases, we will generally provide implementation, project management and on-going support for your Exact Software investment. Other organizations may not require extensive on-going support for the Exact Software package, but have requirements for our services on an ad-hoc basis when new reports need to be created, which is outside of their internal expertise. Still others rely on us for all of their computing requirements, from software to e-mail, network maintenance to internet connections and maintaining virus protection on their system. Organizations that require new programs, software integration with other business software packages, development of business reports, exporting of data or bar code projects that are independent of your business software can cal upon our organization for assistance. It's your choice of how we will work together in your business environment.
