The Hanson Group is a clan of extremely talented individuals who specialize in marketing, advertising, web design, public relations and promotions. We are a comprehensive organization with strategic, creative and effective marketing solutions for your company, large or small. The Group is located primarily in the greater Portland, Maine area, with strategic partnerships in Portsmouth and Boston. Our combined experience spans a multitude of industries from telecom, specialty foods, packaged goods and architecture. The Hanson Group was founded by Seth Hanson, who cultivated the idea of a collective group of individuals that are considered to be the best in their areas of expertise. Seth has a degree in Photographic Sciences with a minor in Marketing and Advertising. Over the years he honed his talents in commercial photography, radio, advertising agencies, marketing firms, corporate communications and public relations. He has worked in radio where he was responsible for copy writing and producing and delivering an on air news program. His agency work covered responsibilities from account executive duties to creative director and large marketing and promotional campaigns through out North America. He possesses a broad marketing background and has worked in the telecom industry, professional photographic sciences and specialty food industries. He also has worked with numerous local and regional companies in developing and implementing marketing communication campaigns. The Hanson Group grew into being as a resource for companies that no longer have marketing departments due to cut backs to continue to have the expertise of these talented individuals either by retainer or on a project by project basis without the overhead of staff.
