SIGNAL MANAGEMENT CORPORATION is a rental property management company in Minot, North Dakota that was founded in 1968 by James Jensen and purchased by Darwin Langseth--who managed the company since the late 80's--in 1996. Located just off of South Broadway, SMC manages over 600 apartments and houses, a 136 unit mobile park, 400 plus storage units, and is a proud member of the North Dakota Apartment Association.
