The company currently owns and operates six historic inns and one all-suite hotel in Savannah, Georgia. HLC also provides management services for Masters Inn, a regional limited-service hotel chain with 18 locations in the Southeast, including Atlanta, Georgia and Orlando, Florida. HLC's most recent acquisition was The Kehoe House, a four-star inn in historic Savannah, purchased in June 2007. HLC's Corporate Office is located at 7080 Abercorn Street in the midtown Savannah area. The company employs more than 450 people.
