Eric has been in business for over 15 years now in Sauk Rapids, MN. It quickly has become a staple restaurant in the area for it's homemade pancakes, waffles and cakes. Now just because it's a pancake house don't hesitate to order the omelet's, sandwiches, wraps and salads as well.
