Netsoft is a Technology Search firm, co-founded in 1992 by Randal J. Prout and Eric A. Thoreson. Netsoft was founded in the heart of Silicon Valley, Santa Clara. All Netsoft Search Consultants have worked in high-tech companies, and most are degreed engineers. Additionally, we average over ten years' experience in staffing start-ups, and employ a wealth of experience working with the founders to build key teams. Our Search Consultants have focused on start-ups since 1989 (prior to Netsoft being formed), and most of our clients have worked with us for several years, and as such, Netsoft has had a relationship with these hiring managers long before they were founders in a new venture.
