ACME Communications currently owns and operates six broadcast television stations in medium-sized markets across the United States. Five of our six stations, all of which were previously WB Television Network affiliates, are affiliated with The CW Television Network. Our second station in Albuquerque is a MyNetworkTV affiliate. Both The CW and MyNetworkTV are new networks launched in September 2006. Our television stations broadcast in markets that reach, in aggregate, approximately 2.2% of the total U.S. television households. In addition, the Company also owns and produces The Daily Buzz, a three-hour weekday morning news program that currently airs on all of our stations and over 100 other stations across the country, reaching approximately 32% of the total U.S. television households. Jamie Kellner is a founder of ACME and has served as our Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board since 1997. Mr. Kellner was also a founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The WB Television Network from 1993 to 2004. Additionally, from March 2001 through March 2003, Mr. Kellner served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AOL Time Warner's Television Networks division. Previously, Mr. Kellner was President of Fox Broadcasting Company since its inception in 1986 to 1993. Mr. Kellner and our other co-founders, Doug Gealy (President & COO) and Tom Allen (Executive Vice President & CFO), formed our company in early 1997 to capitalize on the opportunity to affiliate with emerging broadcast television networks. Our goal is to continue to develop our stations in their markets and to grow shareholder value in the process.
