Insurance Risk Services has been serving insurance companies in Florida since 1978. Rob Hawkins, President of Insurance Risk Services purchased the company in 1985. Mr. Hawkins started in the inspection business as a field inspector in 1981. Mr. Hawkins has personally inspected thousands of residential properties. With his many years of residential inspecting and management Mr. Hawkins is able to provide a high quality, accurate inspection report, in the time frame required by underwriting departments. Insurance Risk Services has 25 years of experience conducting residential property inspections. We can provide long term commitments to ongoing daily request and to projects that range from several hundred to several thousand reports over a specified time. Over the years we have learned to absorb and plan, utilizing our years of experience to adapt to fluctuating volumes.
