Golden Eagle International, Inc. (Golden Eagle) is engaged in minerals exploration operations in Bolivia through its Bolivia-based wholly owned subsidiary, Golden Eagle International, Inc. (Bolivia). Its mining and exploration activities have been in two areas in the Republic of Bolivia. The first area consists of the combined Cangalli and Tipuani Valley gold properties covering 12,000 acres in western Bolivia and contains the Company’s Cangalli gold mining operations. The second area consists of its aggregate Precambrian properties covering 136,500 acres in eastern Bolivia and contains its Buen Futuro A Zone gold and copper project, as well as its B and C Zone gold projects. As of December 31, 2007, none of the Company’s prospects were in production stage.
