Pot Belly Deli is a California Corporation and was established in 1975. The first Pot Belly Deli location opened later that year in a new industrial park in Hayward, California. Through the years Pot Belly Deli has operated with the same basic principles - good tasting quality food, quick and friendly service, in a clean, comfortable environment with a menu offering a variety of Pot Belly Deli signature sandwiches, soups, entree' salads and daily specials.
