SciClone Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (SciClone ) is a biopharmaceutical company engaged in the development and commercialization of therapeutics to treat life-threatening diseases. The Company has two assets, a biotechnology business focused on developing late-stage products for cancer and viral infectious diseases for the United States and Europe, and SciClone China, its pharmaceutical business. The Company’s lead product ZADAXIN, its brand of thymalfasin, is approved in select international markets, including China.
