Orchard has been providing premier commercial construction and developmental services for new shell buildings, tenant improvements, reno-vations and rehabilitation projects since 1973. Orchard has developed over 1,400 acres of commercial property and built in excess of 7 million square feet of new buildings and over 20 million square feet of interior improvements. Orchard has constructed 120 buildings ranging from a 6,500 square foot specialty manufacturing facility, to a 3-story steel frame building, to a 360,000 square foot concrete tilt up R & D corporate campus. Inno-vation, diversity, flexibility, teamwork, pride, quality and integrity have helped Orchard maintain as a leader in the industry. Orchard's interior improvement construction has ranged from simple multi-tenant industrial interiors, to very complex R & D bio-technical build outs including clean rooms, server rooms and specialty manufacturing. Many of our projects have been Orchard owned buildings. Because of this, our Project Teams are skillfully adept at guiding a project from conceptual design, through con-struction, to completion, while maintaining the balance of cost effectiveness, schedule constraints, and uncompromising quality construction.
