GTCI is part of the global design and development team of Schneider Electric, which focuses on innovative solutions for the customer. The focus is on competency/ skill development, product design using IBM Rational SW design packages, MS .Net, best in class embedded IDEs from Wind River, Linux distribution etc., CAD packages like Pro-E, Sheet-metal and Solid parts, Tolerance Analysis, Enclosure packaging design, design for assembly and design for manufacturability etc. The software R&D team works with the product teams located in Europe, Germany and North America to add / enhance / maintain software components to Schneider-Electric's offerings. Software teams spans its footprints across embedded, web based, .NET, Java technologies.
