Camera Cinemas offer independent and foreign films that provide an alternative to mainstream cineplex offerings - even when it comes to pre-show feature slide presentations. Before each movie, audiences at the Camera One, Camera 3, Town Theatre, and Los Gatos Cinema are entertained with what can be described as a multi-media art gallery presentation, managed by Grand Illusions Cinema Advertising. The program is comprised of 80 slides that alternate between feature slides of artwork and quality slides from advertisers, at a maximum ratio of four-to-one. Each feature slide presentation runs for no less than 18 months, and rotates through the nine screens. Each slide appears for approximately 15 seconds, and repeats every 20 minutes.
