Founded in 1983 by Human Resource professionals, Human Resource MicroSystems continues to deliver comprehensive HR Software Solutions to Human Resource departments across a broad range of industries. We combine human resource and technical expertise to design, develop and implement HRIS products and to provide services that meet the immediate and ongoing HR Software needs of organizations. Our goal is to partner with our Human Resource customers to enable them to achieve and enhance their strategic value to their organization. Our twenty years of HR experience and expertise enable us to understand the functions and needs of HR departments. As a Microsoft Certified Solution Partner, we use state-of-the-art development tools and technical expertise to design and develop HRIS products that enable HR professionals to deliver timely data to decision makers, reduce the administrative burden of routine tasks, and redirect scarce HR resources to address the higher level strategic issues facing their organization. Working as a partner with HR, we identify the specific needs of each organization and deliver and implement the software solutions to meet those needs. Our ongoing Customer Support Services ensure that as the HRIS needs of the organization change we continue to serve the unique needs of each customer. Each HRMS customer is assigned a Customer Relations Manager who proactively maintains regular communications with you to monitor and understand your needs and to ensure timely delivery of the proper combination of HR software and services. Our Customer Support, Product Maintenance and Upgrade Program provides unlimited telephone/e-mail support, product fixes, and upgrades to new versions. Our HR Practice Management program is designed to optimize the use and application of our HRIS products, services, and technology. Using a variety of tools, including a Strategic Planning Questionnaire, audit documents and interviews, our HRIS Consulting Staff meets with customers to discuss, demonstrate, and train staff on how our technology, software, and services can improve specific HR processes or functions. In addition, informative articles in our Customer Newsletters provides detailed information about how to best utilize your software purchase to improve specific HR processes such as recruiting, annual open enrollment, or performance management.
